1960's CIA LSD film

I thought this film on lsd was hilarious, not because lsd is hilarious or using it, but because of the CIA film years later makes it funny, probably originally not intending to be. I don't know why drugs are humorous sometimes, in my mind I find them to be occasionally. Anyways, Ben and I thought Nathan would like this, others may as well
